Overview

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and it does not include social media plugins. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third-party services such as Google when you visit the site.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably and to detect and defend against attacks. It is not combined with other data sources.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45, 46 GDPR). Log data is deleted by the hosting provider after a short period unless longer retention is required to investigate a security incident.

Contacting us by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise; our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations under commercial or tax law (up to 6 or 10 years) require us to keep it.

Booking a call

The “Book a call” buttons link to an appointment booking page provided by Google (Google Calendar appointment schedules, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The booking page is not embedded in this website; no data is transferred to Google until you click the link. When you book an appointment, Google processes the data you enter there (such as your name and email address) together with technical data, and we receive your booking details to hold the call. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request). Google may also process data in the USA; please refer to Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by email.

Link to LinkedIn

This website contains plain links to our LinkedIn company page and the founder’s LinkedIn profile (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). No LinkedIn content or plugin is embedded, so no data is transferred to LinkedIn when you visit this website. Only if you click a link will you be taken to LinkedIn, where LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.

Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect data in transit.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, email info@ananeos.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
